My Story

I have been a coach in the fitness industry for 4 years now and have been fortunate to encounter a wide array of Clients, from Amature MMA fighters to youth sports teams to clients who want to remain fit to be active with their children and everything in between.

I love being active! As a child, I played a variety of team sports which helped narrow my focus towards working in the Heath and Fitness industry.

Training Options

Small Group Training/
Team Training

Classes are focused on building "Work Capacity" A Strong foundation of Cardiovascular Fitness through a mixed mode of conditioning and strength based exercises in a group setting.

Personal Training

1 on 1 Training Geared towards improving both your heath and fitness needs as well as any glaring areas found during your fitness assessment.

Sport Specific Training

1 on 1 Training geared towards improving Athletic performance and injury prevention in season or in preparation for the up coming season.

Program Design

Make the most of your off days with individualized  programs for at home training or when traveling.

As a small business and father my health is integral to my business and family life. I wanted to improve my health to get back to my youth and feel strong. I trained consistently with Curtis four times per week over the next year mixing both group classes and 1 on 1 classes until my schedule changed. I finished our last session in the best shape I have ever been in. More so than in my early twenty's, I turned forty this year. I highly recommend Curtis .

Curtis continues to be a great trainer, he makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Starting out I was very inexperienced when it came to lifting weights. My form was terrible and I definitely didn't have much the strength to do much. Attending the group classes weekly really helped with my overall energy and my strength improved as well. He explains things clearly and is very knowledgeable.
